A healthy and flavorful recipe for Taco Night!


1 plan serving ground turkey
½ small tomato, chopped
¼ medium green pepper, chopped
5 small scallions, chopped
1 oz. lite cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. lite Catalina salad dressing
1 Tbsp. salsa

Brown ground turkey and then drain. Add chopped vegetables to ground turkey along with dressing, cheese and salsa. Mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours.
